WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:
• Build and implement effective digital-first communication and media strategy of GARDEN GOURMET in CEE, support CEE markets in brand development and media campaigns planning to drive brand awareness and consideration in the region.
• Develop long-term successful strategy to capture further growth for CARPATHIA in Slovakia and execute it with local team
• Keep effective relationship with local CEE marketing teams and CZ/SK commercial team.
• Track financial performance of the portfolio within CZ/SK, manage successful launch of new products together with project manager
• Manage one direct report with strong focus on digital competences and E-business
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:
• Min. 5 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG business
• Proven experience with media and communication planning & multi-channel media campaigns management
• Additional experience from media / creative agency is welcome
• English at min. C1 level, CEE language native speaker
• Proactive team player that appreciates work-life balance
• Vivacious, easy going person, eager to learn and act with flexibility
• Strong in presentation skills
• Driving license – active driver
• Foodie and interest in sustainability
