WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

Plan and execute yearly channel and activation plans in cooperation with KAMs and brand marketing
- Build up eCommerce and Independent channel plan, turn them to actionable steps, execute it and identify measurable KPIs
- Follow up and monitor e-commerce, independent activities, pre and post evaluation, prepare analysis and support KAMs in partner´s activity planning
- Optimize Ecom, independent channel portfolio and a manage channel specific SKUs (products)

Managing trade marketing tools POS/ePOS materials for eCom and Indepedent
- Analyze and propose POS/ ePOS tools to support trade plans, execute POS/ ePOS Activity Plan with relevant Budget requirement, develop creative materials in line with central tools and requirements, align them with marketing before implementation.
- Regular reporting of permanent secondary placements, POS stocks, POS efficiency

Search, share international best practices and build them into the local activation calendar if relevant based on the market development level

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:

- Proven track record in FMCG and category/channel management at least 2 years (experience with online channel is a considerable PLUS)
- Fast learner with strongly developed analytical skills and drive to turn analysis to actions
- Well-developed communication skills, ability to build relationship with key stakeholders, to become a respected expert for KAMs and clients.
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English knowledge (both written and spoken)
